Our bees are working hard to make the best honey you can find locally.

Every pot of honey that makes it to your table is created by our hard working bees which live in the Forest. This is extracted from the hive and coarse filtered into our distinctive jars. 

Beekeeping in the Forest is not unique by any means, and records go back over the hundreds of years to show keepers working the forest in this traditional craft. We have Bee Gardens documented in the forest and earthworks showing these areas of great historical interest.
